Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- No Breakage: The product must be free of any damage, breakage, or cracks. Items that arrive broken due to shipping damage must be reported immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
- Not Used: The product must be unused, and show no signs of wear, use, or tampering.
- Packaging Intact: The product must be returned in its original packaging. All tags, labels, and accessories that came with the product must be included, and the packaging should be unopened, undamaged, and in its original condition.
2. Timeframe for Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund or exchange. Any requests made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:
- Article under Home section are not returnable except if received with quality defects or damaged during transit. Please ensure to report such incidents within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
- Apparels can be only be exchanged for size related issues, our best effort will be to provide the same article as per your size. In case that is not possible, we will issue a credit note for the purchase amount which can be utilized for any purchases on our webstore.
- Gift cards or Gift Items
- Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Bulk Orders and Internationally shipped articles
- Perishable Goods
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at customersupport@terraaweaves.com or call us at +91 7838923313 with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the item (if there is damage or defect).
- Approval: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the product in the original packaging and we will pick up from the address provided. Please include the RMA number in the return package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the original item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs for such cases.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

10. General Terms & Conditions
Order Changes: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.
Sale Items: Items bought during sales or discounts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Pre-sale purchases cannot be exchanged during sale periods.
Shipping Issues: No refunds for incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package.
International Orders: No refunds if duties are unpaid or the package is uncollected.
Delivery Inspection: Inspect the package before signing. If damaged, note "Received Damaged" and keep original packaging for review.
